We were engaged by this client for two years to lead and deliver a major employee benefits integration project across the EMEA region and Canada, covering more than 25 countries. 

GLOBAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS FIRM

We were engaged as integration project HR advisor for the merger of one of the largest multinational telecoms firm’s European data centres. This included responsibility for the data centres’ integration, the creation of short and mid-term HR strategic plans covering employee benefits/incentives, contracts, training & development programmes, employee lifecycle and legal HR matters, and working with the executive management to develop an employee communication and cultural change programme.
