Emma is a Senior International Benefits Consultant with over 20 years experience within Reward, specializing in Global / International Benefits. Emma has worked in a wide range of companies from Retail and Technology to Not for Profit, including large matrixed organisations.

Emma’s previous roles include; International Benefits Lead at CDK, International Benefits Consultant at Apple, Senior Benefits Consultant (EMEA) at IHS, Global Benefits Manager at ACCA, Compensation & Benefits Manager at Links of London (EMEA) and Senior Payroll Analyst at Estee Lauder.

Emma has lead on Benefits projects on an international basis. 

Including:

• CDK: Created international benefits strategy (27 countries – EMEA, LATAM & APAC), global governance, transition to one global broker, international benefits branding and communications, in-depth benchmarking and subsequent changes, introduced multi country insured policies.
• Apple: Introduction of employee benefits technology, M&A and harmonisation activity, updated governance processes, overall administration review and streamlining processes.
• IHS: Redesigned flexible benefits offering, employee portal and communications, M&A and harmonisation, local and international benefits initiatives.
• ACCA: Redesigned the benefits offering in multiple countries, global governance including full audits and risk analysis, benefits technology.
