20 years’ business experience in HR and Consultancy, including leading the Talent Management practice at QCG, Sophie has extensive experience of working with senior leaders across a wide variety of industries.

A coach since 2012, recent assignments include working with:

• Senior leaders at the Varkey Foundation (a fast growing not-for-profit).
• Two Civil Service leadership development schemes (one for the Senior Civil Service, one for high potentials aspiring to Grade 7).
• Teach First teachers on leadership in challenging schools (2013-18).
• Various managers from private sector organisations including Aon, GSK and Receipt Bank.

Sophie is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a member of the CIPD.
