Randal Tajer
Performance, Reward, Analytics and HRIS – Consultancy and Interim Management

Randal has over 25 years of experience as a leader in HR and Reward teams and has operated as a consultant in a variety of settings.


His experience is primarily in Financial Services, where he has supported Board Level Remuneration Committees and successfully navigated the complex regulatory environment confronting this industry today.


Randal’s experience as head of HR and work in many technical HR areas enables him to fully integrate compensation programs into existing Performance management, succession and other HR processes.


He had led seven global HRIS platform migrations and helps clients make incisive decisions regarding HR IT investments and delivers practical implementations.


Randal is a dual UK/US citizen who has lived and/or worked extensively across the US, Europe and Asia/Pacific.  Companies have included UBS, Accenture and Nomura Securities.
