20 years' experience in international HR Director roles leading strategic and operational people and change agendas in complex organisations, with depth across all key HR levers: OD, reward and performance, talent, analytics, technology, culture, ER.

- Smurfit Kappa: Global Director, People and Transformation (IS);
- Imperial Brands: Director, Group Reward and Benefits;
- Reckitt Benckiser: Global HR Director, Service and Information // IT Director;
- Rolls Royce: Head of HR Strategy and Transformation.
- Significant international experience and cultural awareness in mature and growth markets with hands-on delivery in multiple regions (EMEA, Americas, SEA, LATAM).
- Hands-on program and change director and mentor in tough international settings (including digital transformation, HR transformation, HR team build-out, restructures, merger integrations, outsourcing, shared services, operational efficiency programs).
- Broad business leadership and consulting experience (EY) before making a home in HR.
- MBA specialising in organisational performance and reward. Originally from a technology background (engineering PhD).
