  • Rolls Royce: Head of HR Strategy and Transformation.

  • Significant international experience and cultural awareness in mature and growth markets with hands-on delivery in multiple regions (EMEA, Americas, SEA, LATAM).
  • Hands-on program and change director and mentor in tough international settings (including digital transformation, HR transformation, HR team build-out, restructures, merger integrations, outsourcing, shared services, operational efficiency programs).
  • Broad business leadership and consulting experience (EY) before making a home in HR.
  • MBA specialising in organisational performance and reward. Originally from a technology background (engineering PhD).
