Jamie has strong HR subject matter knowledge with experience in advising on strategic direction (incl. workforce plans), resourcing, data and MI (e.g. HR dashboards).

Jamie has previously worked as part of the delivery team of the strategic workforce planning programme in the Department for Education, on the People Plan update for the Ministry of Justice and supporting the newly formed Joint Biosecurity Centre (JBC) of the Department for Health and Social Care.
