Geoff has over 30 years experience delivering key people related transformation and change, both from within an organisation and as an external consultant.


Geoff has extensive experience working across the EMEA region, driving change and providing leadership in complex jurisdictions including France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Nordics, Israel and the Gulf countries.


He has first hand experience in both US and Japanese corporates, Private Equity, UK, Professional Services, Pharmaceuticals, and Engineering/Manufacturing.


Geoff’s specialisms include:

  • HR Interim leadership: Providing senior HR leadership to organisations at times of change. Recent examples include Data/Training company and Pharmaceutical company
  • HR Transformation and Change: Extensive involvement in the creation of HR strategy, HR delivery strategy and transformation programmes. Examples include conducting a talent acquisition audit for a Fortune 500 company, review of the HR function at a Japanese multinational, and reshaping the HR function and processes at a PE-owned Telco.
  • Employee and Labour Relations: Global Expertise with particular emphasis on EMEA region, including oversight of all union and works council relationships.
  • Restructuring: Expertise in leading large scale downsizing/rightsizing programmes, across the UK and EMEA.
  • HR Shared Services: Examples include creation of shared services centre and new HR Business Partner roles for US Chemco, Review of shared services business case for Swiss Pharma business.
