Geoff brings to MCR his previous experience as Operations Director for Performance, Reward and Talent Consulting at Aon, and more recently from a two year assignment as the Quality Lead Operations Manager at Deloitte. Geoff’s expertise covers consulting operations (including HR, IT, finance, workflow/capacity improvements and business continuity), commercial and client management,  compliance and data security.
