Annelyse has over 20 years of Reward and HR experience in multi-cultural and multi-national environments with unique and specialist global expertise in all aspects of Total Rewards & Performance programs, benefits & wellness, pension plan, governance, sales compensation, annual incentive plans, long term incentives, VCPs (value creation plans), executive compensation, senior hires (complex buyout, sign-on), IPO preparation, M&A, restructuring.

She also has experience in global mobility, organisational design, market benchmarking and performance management.

She has successfully designed and implemented Total Reward Strategy, established HR function and best practices, worked through M&A, large scale reorganisation, IPO preparations and led on complex local and international issues across multiple industries and ownership structures including blue chip, family owned, VC backed.

Annelyse’s in-house experience was with organisations such as Pladis (ex-United Biscuits), First Data (FinTech, IPO from KKR), Barclaycard (part of Barclays plc), Monsanto, Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Mondelez, Philip Morris.

Annelyse holds an MBA, is fluent in French and English with good knowledge of Italian and German.
