Khalad leads MCR’s Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestments HR Consultancy practice.

He holds Director level Commercial and Human Resources experience developing, supporting and delivering Executive business strategies and vision. An experienced solutions-oriented HR programme director, Khalad has a proven record in delivering end-to-end large-scale transformation and change projects over 20 years.

Khalad has worked on M&A and divestment activity ranging from £200m to £5.6bn and has worked on multiple projects, including 4 IPO projects.

Recently returned from Saudi Arabia supporting the Saudi 2030 Vision to help prepare Saudi Electricity Company, Generation Business for IPO.

Khalad brings hands on experience of supporting business leaders to deliver business cases associated with M&A activity and dealing with associated people issues from, required consultation, harmonisation of HR policies and procedures, Compensation and Benefits arrangements through to systems integration.

As early as 1997 Khalad was implementing KPI based balanced scored card incentive plans to deliver business goals, including tax efficient flexible benefit programs and supported the Remuneration Committee to introduced share plans and LTIP programs.
